We ship from Bemmel in the Netherlands. Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg usually arrive in 2 to 4 working days. France, Austria, and Denmark in 3 to 5. The rest of the EU in 4 to 7. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

UV printing bonds UV-cured ink to brushed aluminium under a clear protective layer. In real-world use, expect 5 to 7 years of bright, readable colour on a daily-worn tag, often longer. It isn't the same as deep engraving, which can last essentially forever in monochrome. We chose UV because it's the only way to give you full-colour photos and fine detail on a tag this size.

A JPG or PNG, at least 1000 × 1000 pixels, well-lit, with your companion's face filling the frame. Phone photos usually work fine if they're sharp.

Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's address and tick the 'this is a gift' box. We'll leave the price off the packing slip and include a short handwritten note if you add one.

Because every tag is made just for your companion, it is excluded from the EU 14-day cooling-off right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This is standard for personalised goods across the EU. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, write to hello@furaoh.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint it free or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
